Swedish studio Zoink’s gothic fairy tale Lost in Random has announced its September 10 release date, along with a new gameplay trailer. You can check out the Tim Burton-inspired title above, which should help you better understand his “explosive dice battles, freeze time tactics, and various abilities and spells.”
“Ruled by an evil queen, the realm of chance is divided into six dark realms where life is dictated by a cursed black dice,” the blurb read. “Traveling as Even, players will roam the mysterious cobblestone streets of the land, meet its unpredictable inhabitants, and undertake courageous quests in order to save his sister, Odd, from the clutches of Her Majesty.”
He continues, “Along the way, they’ll team up with Dicey, a weird living little dice, and together uncover a centuries-old story with a surprisingly modern message that isn’t typically explored in-game: Chance in the World doesn’t. is not something to fear or control, but a power that can be harnessed by kissing her and learning to roll with her punches.
Deep. The game really has a lot of personality, and it’s great to see these more imaginative projects coming out of EA recently. It should be released on PlayStation 5 and PS4, but what are the chances that you will get it back?
