The victim, who was identified as “Executive Assistant No. 1” in Attorney General Letitia James’ sexual harassment report, filed the complaint in a brief meeting Thursday afternoon with sheriff officials, who have since contacted the Albany County District Attorney’s Office, Sheriff Craig. Apple told the Post.

Apple said there was a possibility that the governor could be arrested if the allegations were founded.

“The end result could be that it seems justified and that an arrest is made and that it would be up to the prosecutor to continue the arrest,” he said.

“Just because of who it is, we are not going to rush it or delay it,” he added.

The unidentified victim brought the most serious charge against the governor detailed in AG James’ report, claiming he pulled her into his arms for a hug, ran his hand under her blouse and had fondled one of her breasts in the executive mansion of Albany on November 16.

“I mean it was – he was like cupping my chest. He cupping my chest,” the woman told AG James’ team investigators.

“I have to tell you that was – when I was so in shock that I could just tell you that I just remember looking at her hand, seeing the top of my bra and I remember that was like a little even the cup – the kind of bra I had to the point that I could tell you it doesn’t really fit on me, it was a bit loose, I just remember seeing exactly that “, she added, according to the report.

The victim also told investigators that Cuomo groped her after asking her to take selfies in her Executive Mansion office on December 31, 2019.

As she took the photo, Cuomo “moved his hand to grab her buttock and began to rub it” for at least five seconds, according to the AG report.
