ATLANTA – Governor Brian Kemp has deployed more than 100 National Guardsmen to hospitals across the state to help deal with the growing number of COVID-19 cases.
Georgia National Guard members are deployed to assist hospital staff as emergency rooms are nearly full due to the virus.

- Memorial Health University Medical Center, Savannah
- Navicent Santé, Mâcon
- Grady Hospital, Atlanta
- Piedmont Fayette, Fayetteville
- Houston Medical Center, Warner Robins
As of Monday, the state had 1,036,304 positive COVID-19 cases with 11,804 intensive care admissions.
At this time, there are no plans to reopen the temporary facilities at the Georgia World Congress Center.
