Grand Theft Auto fans on Reddit are divided over a possible GTA 6 to run away. Just about every week there is a new GTA 6 rumor or report or “leak” circulating and debated. And until Rockstar Games reveals the next installment in the series, and the first since 2013 GTA 5, this will continue to happen. The latest update comes from a social media sleuth on Reddit, who noticed something interesting about an Instagram post from a musician who worked on both. grand Theft Auto 4 and GTA 5.
Taking to Reddit, the Grand Theft Auto a fan revealed that on March 23, 2020, the aforementioned musician posted an Instagram post which noted that the To install by Favored Nation, part of the soundtrack of GTA 5, spent 16 million plays. After commenting on the accomplishment, the musician noted that they “can’t wait GTA 6. “
Now, for some in the responses, this more or less confirms that the game is well in development – something rumors, reports and leaks have been suggesting for a few years now – and that the same musician is back at work on the last installment.
“Maybe they have a contract with Rockstar North? To release soundtracks exclusively for GTA 6a response reads.
While some press this discovery for its full value, others are not as convinced that this is a type of confirmation, or at least not deliberate.
“Personally, I don’t think he was the one who accidentally confirmed existence, probably just telling him he was excited for it,” one reads another response. “But at the same time, he could have accidentally confirmed the existence of the game. If he was working on 4 and 5, there’s a chance he could also work on 6.”
For now, take it all for what it is, which is pure speculation. In other words, take it all with a grain of salt.
