Celeste Wright's twins and Jane Chapman's son discover they are half-brothers because Chloe Mackenzie listened to Madeline's conversations. Mary Louise Wright suspects Celeste Wright of being murdered?
In Big little lies Mary Louise confessed that she considered Celeste as an "enigma," in the manner that Perry Wright described to her mother. After learning that Perry had another child she had never heard of, Mary Louise began questioning Celeste. Celeste tried to explain the abusive relationship that united them to Perry and his father, though he was the father of another child. Mary Louise refused to accept this and claimed that Jane Chapman could have been drugged, drunk or mistaken.
Mary Louise does not believe that her late son really beat Celeste, because Celeste never called the cops. She then pointed out that it was convenient for Celeste to find the child just minutes before Perry's death and was already planning to leave the child the same day. Mary Louise realizes that she has too many questions and not enough answers, so she goes to the police.
Ziggy Chapman discovered that he had half-brothers
Chloe Mackenzie heard her mother talking on the phone and told Celeste's children, Max and Josh, that they had a brother in sophomore. She also said the same son, Jane's son, Ziggy. When Madeline Mackenzie found out, she took Chloe's phone and called Jane to inform her.
Jane spoke to Ziggy and admitted that it was about her half-brothers. He said he was known for a few months and did not say it because he knew she would lie. Jane explained that she never revealed her father's identity because she really did not know it. When she found out, she did not know how to explain it to her. Ziggy also told her mother that Chloe had said that Perry had "salted" him.
He meant "assault" and Jane explained what the word meant and what had happened between her and Perry. Big little lies Celestes and her boys went to Jane's for dinner.
Ed Mackenzie discovered that Madeline Mackenzie had an affair
After Chloe repeated Ziggy's paternal situation, Ed told Madeline that he never knew it and wondered why she had not told him. He was angry because he had the impression that Madeline was hiding secrets from him. As a result, it reached the ceiling when Ed entered a conversation between Madeline and Abigail Carlson.
Abigail mentioned Madeline's previous liaison with the director, and Ed was so angry that he left the house. He finally returned later in the night to talk to Madeline.
She confessed to this case, but said it was a long time ago and had nothing to do with Ed. She reminds him many times that it's "his" thing and she also suggests go and see couples.
Madeline also said that Abigail knew for a year and that he once again hates that his daughters know her secrets and that she tells him nothing. Ed tells him, very firmly, that their marriage is over in Big little lies Hearts tellers.
Renata Klein realizes that her husband lost his money in the "Hearts told" small lies
While Renata is expected to celebrate the cover of her magazine, her husband, Gordon Klein, is arrested for security, mail and fraud. He confessed to Renata that he had probably lost all his money and that the reality of not being angry anymore made Renata furious. She tried to share her feelings with Madeline but ended up leaving quickly after having decided to call in a lawyer specializing in inheritance law.
Renata took Gordon out of prison once he was released on bail, and then left him on the roadside with anger. She then quickly returned and allowed Gordon to get back in the car.
