The LoveROMS website alone attracts 17 million visitors each month. These visitors are drawn to the site by the great availability of free Nintendo games and other IP addresses. The resulting popularity of LoveROMS and LoveRETRO allowed the accused to make significant profits, among other donations and advertisements.
Following the trials, LoveROMS withdrew all the games from the company and LOVERETRO "closed up". However, the lawsuit of the company requires a lot more. Nintendo charges $ 150,000 for each game and $ 2,000,000 for each branding violation as well as delivery of ROM names and sources.
