Many people may not know it, but it is possible to unlock your Android device with your voice for several years. However, users ignore this option or choose the more "traditional" methods, such as pin recognition, pattern recognition, fingerprint recognition, or face recognition.
Google, however, seems determined to permanently abolish the general unlocking method with a voice control of the Android operating system and has already made the debut of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. The reason? The fact that it is not so safe, because a similar voice or voice message with the voice of the user could unlock his device easily.
That's why, with its first application in Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, Google has replaced voice mapping with the personal results of the lock screen to display only the email, calendar and contacts of the user via Google Assistant, but for any other action requiring a pbadword or unlocking with fingerprint.
Other Android devices will see the new option by upgrading the Google application to version 8.39.
