Storms accompanied by strong winds caused new floods today in Qatar for the second time in less than a month.
Some areas received almost as much rain as usual in six months. Qatar's meteorological service announced that the northwest of the country had received nearly 31 million rainfalls, while annual rainfall amounts to 77 millimeters. .
