OAED opens 6,000 seats with a salary of up to 1,600 euros – Newsbeast

Tomorrow Wednesday should start with OAED applications for the program of 6,000 subsidized jobs for unemployed people under 39, graduates of higher education, in smart specialization and productive activities, according to The Nation.

This action aims to end the brain drain, to reverse the current trend and to subsidize new full-time jobs for under-39 graduates.

The program addresses private companies and employers in the private sector who carry out regular economic activity and are active throughout the Greek territory in the areas of intelligent specialization and productive activity.

Beneficiaries of the program are registered as unemployed in their register OAEDGraduates of higher education institutions in the academic and technological fields, on their proposal of the relevant employment promotion centers (PSC), under 39, must:

• to have a valid certificate of unemployment, at the date of their proposal by the competent CFR2 and their recruitment
• have completed the standardized custom approach form and agree on an individual action plan
• to be up to 39 years, that is to say up to 40 years, on the date on which they were appointed by the competent authority.

The duration of the program grant is set at fifteen months and, at the end of this period, the company is required to keep the job / placement for an additional three months. Companies are subsidized for each person under the program from the date of their recruitment.

The grant amount corresponds to 50% of the beneficiary's monthly salary and non-salary costs, with a maximum of:

• the amount of EUR 600 per month for holders of a higher education diploma (EUR 1 200 in salaries are covered);
• the amount of EUR 700 per month for holders of postgraduate diplomas (EUR 1 400 of salaries are covered);
• the amount of eight hundred euros per month for holders of a doctorate (1,600 euros salary are covered).

It should be noted that the subsidy for the cost of Christmas and Easter gifts and the leave allowance for the month in which they are paid are calculated separately from the subsidy of the subsidized employee's monthly salary.
