The amateur player of Grand Theft Auto has been arrested for rape for 15 years in Florida. And that helped the Playstation!
Everything was done in New Port Ritchie, Florida. Daniel Enrique Fabian, 18, had invited his 15-year-old home. She did not suspect what she was going to follow accepted the invitation. Aged 18, he played online on Grand Theft Auto and thought he put the Playstation and the mic off. But fortunately for the girl, the console was open. He also told one of his teammates that he would "fall" on the girl. Then another player clearly heard what happened to his 18-year-old son. The girl asked him four times to stop but he was trying to make love to her. And finally the raped! The player who heard them all told the police that Fabian was back online 15 minutes later to continue playing as if nothing had happened!
The 15-year-old told the police, describing her martyrdom, that he had closed her mouth, her hand immobilized and raped. The girl was subjected to all tests that clearly showed that she had been raped. They also received a sample of DNA identified with that of his rapist.
The player was arrested and charged with rape. In addition, the WFLA has been accused of other rapes committed last June for another minor girl.
