How to apply

The integration of beneficiaries will be semi-automatic. In principle, all interested parties should know whether they are beneficiaries or not. This can be done via www.koinonikomerisma.gr which should open its doors until Monday. Then, by entering VAT and AMKA in the corresponding fields, the system will request authorization to retrieve the badet and income criteria from Taxisnet. Once he has been authorized, he will proceed with the search and will decide if the person concerned is also beneficiary of a social dividend.

The following page displays your personal information (name, date of birth, bad, etc.), your financial data (annual income taxable and tax-free), your badets (real estate value, interest on deposits), as well as the criteria of residence in Greece in the last five years, an indication as to whether the criterion of the existence of a single month of insurance of a main insurer and the list of members of your household are met.

If any of your personal information appears incorrectly in the system, you must access a CAN and correct the item displayed incorrectly with the help of any appropriate document that can prove the change you want to bring.

If the system does not have the right idea on the same criterion of a month of insurance coverage for a social security organization, you have to go to an EMPA branch and request that your details be corrected by providing you with all the necessary documents. The corrections concern only the correction of errors concerning the identity of the insured person and not the subsequent posting of the insurance time.

Changes to your financial data or cross-checking of the five-year permanent residence in the country are not possible because they result from your past tax returns and AMKA-EMBA data.

The third and most important step is to enter an IBAN account number to which you are a beneficiary or co-beneficiary.

You must declare a valid and active IBAN, for which you must be either an exclusive beneficiary or a co-owner. Otherwise, the payment will not be made even if the criteria are met. For this reason, we suggest you use any account, salary or allowance for pension or allowance (salary, KEA, etc.) unrecognized.

When will the amount be credited?

The submission of applications will take 10 days. If the system opens on December 3 and closes on Friday, December 14, the amounts begin to be credited directly to the beneficiary's account. The initial amount of EUR 710 million may be increased by decision of the Minister of Finance if there are more beneficiaries.
