Episodes occurred after the end of the school rally in central Athens.
A group of unidentified people stole stones up at a bank branch and then broke windows.
The police forces who took the course intervened by throwing flash grenades.
Shortly after 2 pm, there was tension on the "line" of the course, demonstrators throwing stones at local shops.
Note that Panepistimiou Street is closed and all vertical roads.
