A total sentence of 48 years of imprisonment was imposed on a teacher sitting in the dock of the Thessaloniki Court of Appeal, accused of seducing his students.
The case, which was unveiled in November 2015 in a primary school in eastern Thessaloniki, was reviewed in a second year, whose verdict was unanimous.
The teacher, aged 54, was convicted of ten seduction cases in childhood that, according to complaints, would have been made to the school library. As in the first instance, the court did not recognize him as an attenuator. However, he was less cautious about the amount of the final sentence, since he was sentenced to a total sentence of 60 years imprisonment.
Following the decision of the court and the judges, he himself declared: "I am innocent, you have been wrong". Earlier, in his apology, he denied the charges, talking about "Plot against him"while characterizing the complaints "Childish fantasy product".
His friends, friends and former colleagues were found by his side, who sentenced both the court and the school officials who asked to be judged.
The 54-year-old returns to prison to continue serving his sentence, of which he is 25 years old.
