Five years ago, the name of Katerina Netopoulou was heard for the city hall of Thessaloniki. The local organization of SYRIZA was aware of this, whereas in the 2010 municipal elections, the press office of the SYRIZA outdoor group had kept it. Notopoulou is a child of the center. He finished the 17th high school in the center of Thessaloniki. Although she was opposed to the parades, she could not have been the official representative of the government in a northern Greek city. At the same time, she appears in social media as a simple, affordable and good friend. But why not want to be a mayor candidate? SYRIZA knows that Christopher Vernardakis, his badociation with Maximus, made every effort to find another party candidate for the municipality of Thessaloniki.
