A rapist will be able to see the child born of his crime

Overwhelmed by the opportunity offered to her rapist to be granted the right to visit the child born of her crime, a Briton called for a change in British legislation.

"The Times" wrote that the local council of the city of Rotherham (northern England) reportedly proposed to Arsident Hussein, sentenced to 35 years in prison in 2016, to have badually badaulted young girls, in the framework of a judicial procedure of parental responsibility.

According to the Times, the problem arose when the board sought an alternative for his son, with Mother's agreement, as Woodwatch could not cope with the complex needs of his troubled son.

The rapist belonged to a gang in Pakistan, many of whom, including his brothers and uncle, were sentenced to long prison terms, a case of child abuse in Rotherham, which caused a stir in Britain.

Sami Woodwatch revealed Tuesday in a Twitter video that she was the mother of the child that she had conceived during her rape at the age of 15. He was one of the key witnesses of police searches.

With the help of Labor MP Luiz Haye, he appealed to the Ministry of Justice to change his legislation so that those convicted of rape would not have access to children arrested during their crimes.

"This story concerns me, my child, the man who raped me, and the fact that Rotherham's counsel proposed to look for parental rights for my child," the woman complains in the video.

"This is happening all over the country and it has to stop," said the woman, pointing out that the man represented a "risk" for her and her son.

A spokesman for the Rotherham Council said it was a legal obligation to inform parents, whether they have parental responsibility or not, of lawsuits concerning their child.
