In deciphering the words of Alexis Tsipras, the maximum amount of the reduction of ENFIA would rise to 100 euros per owner, while no profit would be granted to those whose property would exceed 200 000 euros.
At the same time, the expected increase in objective values before the issuance of ENΦΙΑ makes it very likely that a large portion of the homeowners whose real estate value exceeds 200,000 euros will see their liquidity rise despite the fact that the government claims that it will not pay anymore.
Analytically, according to what the Prime Minister said yesterday, the average reduction for those who own property:
- up to 60,000 euros, the amount of ENFIA will be reduced by 30% and provided it does not exceed 100 euros. The average reduction is 55 € per owner,
- for goods ranging from 60,001 to 100,000 euros, the average reduction of the effia is 87 euros per owner and in no case exceeds 100 euros,
- for a property of 100,000 to 150,000 euros, the average reduction will be 56 euros and
- for property ranging from 150,000 euros to 200,000 euros, the average reduction of ENFIA is 21 euros.
No reduction for ENFIA, contrary to the increases will be perceived by those who own property with a total value of more than 200,000 euros.
