In the acquisition of 6.5% of the shares of Attiki Odos SA and a corresponding percentage of Attica TODAY SA, today Acrot Concessions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hellenic Bank, proceeded for a total amount of 37.5 million euros.

As stated in a relevant announcement, as a result of the above-mentioned transactions, Acter concessions now control 65.749% shares of Attiki Odos SA and Attica Toldi SA, from 59,249%, which was its stake in both companies before.

It is recalled that Attiki Odos SA is the company which undertook, through the concession contract concluded with the Greek State, the study, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the motorway, while Attica Toloia SA controls 80% of ATTIKES DIADROMES SA, which is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the motorway.

6.5% of the capital of Attiki Odos SA and Attica Toldi SA is the percentage attributable to AKTOR CONCESSIONS of the total percentage of 9.88% held by the two companies Piraeus Bank, for which they had sold a call for tenders. international offers.
