The Avenue shopping center, Kifissias Avenue in Maroussi, is auctioned after 10 years of activity.
The procedure will take place on December 19th. Bank Piraeus has postponed the terms of a 12 million euros bond loan from the former Sano.
There are 24 properties and participations of companies (shops, car parks, etc.) and a different starting price for each of them. The sum added amounts to more than 17 million euros. Mortgages of several tens of millions of euros, but also three seizures, have been put in place.
The Avenue shopping center was launched in May 2007 and covers an area of 22,000 square meters. The shopping center is home to the Sklaveniti supermarket, JUMBO H & M, Volta Fun Town and 60 branded boutiques, as well as 4,000 square meters of green space.
