Following the completion of the Open Ears Forum in India, OnePlus promised six product upgrades following requests from its fans and flagship owners. All six are OxygenOS, the Android operating system running the company's devices sold outside China.
The main application and the next move of the company is to bring Selfie Portrait of OnePlus 6 on 2017 devices – OnePlus 5 and 5T. Regarding the subject of the camera 6, called " oil painting effect " from the camera application, the company has resolved in part and promised to continue working on eradication as a whole. The service Shelf located to the left of the OxygenOS home screen and intended to host Android widgets, will benefit from a support for the night mode that OnePlus reports as "Dark Theme ". The fifth promise of the company is the application Switch which is used for cloning in order to easily switch to a new mobile. The tool's backup functions will be extended to include more files while the application itself will save to a computer. Finally, the FileDash application for fast data transfers between smartphones will benefit from support for other OnePlus application services.
