The extermination of an earlier legal life recognized by the Court of Appeal of Epaminondas Corconea for the murder of Alexis Grigoropoulos resulted in the life sentence of the former special guardian. Corconeas was sentenced to 13 years in prison and having spent almost eleven years working in prison, he can apply for his immediate release. The other defendant, Vasilis Saraliotis, was found innocent because of doubt.
