Dimitris Argyropoulos: "I wanted to go beyond my limits"

His professional career has constantly evolved, but Dimitris Argyropoulos has experienced difficult personal situations. Chronic consumption of alcohol and drugs leads him to a detox clinic in the United States. It was in 2009 when Dimitris made the big decision to change lives. He confesses today to People and Marino Vithulka …

"One mistake we make is to label ourselves with labels. And most of the time, we put them to hide behind them. But it comes to life itself and asks you to revise it. And he throws you pants to wake you up. And it will not stop throwing you away until you change. I did not learn to limit myself, or better, I wanted to go beyond. So when I came back from America after a great adventure, I decided that I had to change something in my life, that was all. So, I made a big turn and started to discover who I really am, without labels".

Nine years after his adventure, he feels very good with himself and with those around him. "My life rolls up and down, but beautiful. I have three boys: Nikitas, 18, who went to study at MS in England, March, 17, who attends second high school and Joe, 10 years old (single with Sylvie Dragounis). To be able to understand children, you must enter their own world, remember your age. That's what I do, or how?".
