1. Article 9, para proposed graph 4 of Law 3852/2010, proposed by Article 6 of the draft law, is replaced by the following:

"4. For the first application of the present: a) The first round of the electoral process in the offices of paragraph 1 will take place on the previous Sunday from the day of the vote for the election of the representatives of Greece in the European Parliament of 2019. b ) which has not been established as a successful combination in accordance with Article 33, the vote shall resume on the day of the vote on the election of the Greek representatives in the European Parliament in the same polling stations, committees , the same representatives of the judicial authority and the same representatives of the representatives. 2. Paragraph 6 of section 114 proposed by clause 46 of the Bill is replaced by the following:

"6. For the first application of the present: a) The first round of the electoral process in the offices of paragraph 1 will take place on the previous Sunday from the day of the vote for the election of the representatives of Greece to the European Parliament in 2019, in same time as the elections all over the territory, in the same polling stations, with the same electoral committees and the same representatives of the judiciary and deputies. (b) If a successful combination has not been established in accordance with Article 139, the vote shall resume on the day of the vote on the election of the representatives of Greece in the European Parliament in the same offices of voting, with the same electoral committees, the same representatives of the judicial authority and the same representatives of the judiciary. 3. (a) Paragraph 3 of Article 7 of the bill adds a paragraph as follows:" In particular for the elections of 2019, the period referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be fixed at the first (April) ".

b. Article 48 of the bill adds the number" 1 "before the words" Article 116 of Law 3852 / 2010 is replaced by the following: "and at the end of Article 2, paragraph 2 is added:" For the elections of 2019 the deadline of paragraph 6 of Article 116 of Law 3852 / 2010 is set for the first (1st) of April ".

b. In paragraph 3 of section 44 of the bill, the words "October 13 and 20, 2019" are replaced by "paragraph 4 of section 9 of Act 3852/2010".

c. In clause 50 of the bill, the words "of October 13, 2019" in paragraph 7 of Article 117 of Law 3852/2010 are replaced by the words "of Article 114 paragraph 6 ".

d. In paragraph 2 of Article 67 of the draft law, the words "October 13 and 20, 2019" are replaced by the words "paragraph 6 of Article 114 of Law 3852/2010".
