The Swiss voted Sunday. "No" to the horns with horns and "no" to the supremacy of national law on the international. The first, as it was natural, attracted attention, as a result of a citizens' initiative, to grant subsidies to farmers who decide not to cut the horns of their animals.
45.28% voted in favor of the farmer's proposal, which collected the 100,000 signatures required for holding the referendum. Urban areas voted for a higher proportion of the initiative. "In the cities, they always have a heart, in the countryside, they think only about money," said the farmer, justifying the result in the rural paradise of banks, which brings together wealth nations.
