[ad_1]

Huawei's affiliate, Honor, has set a goal of establishing a "Greek market" and to establish its position in the mobile market of the middle and lower clbad, who has increasingly separated his position from the parent company The company said in an interview with insider.gr country director of Honor for Greece, Shen Wang . Indeed, as the confession Mr Wang, the goal should be achieved because the new Honor 10 device launched in London long ago managed to gain a market share of 20% in the price range of 450- 550 euros as well as consumers estimate with its "competitive features and stylish design."

For the future, as stated, the company is preparing to introduce us a new intelligent mobile, to increase the distribution channels in the Greek market by entering new collaborations and enriching the range of t (19659003) Recently launched a new device in London, Honor 10. How does the sale to date

The 10th honor, which we launched recently, is selling very well up until today. ;now. The appliance market share in the Greek market reaches 20% between devices of the corresponding price category, ie from 450 to 550. The reason why the company has adopted is that It offers very competitive features and design at an attractive price. Of course, this device also works well globally. Satisfactory, we can say that the other two models, Honor 9 and Honor 7x, will also go, especially if we take into account the fact that the competition in low-priced devices is too high

. promotions that we think we will do during the summer holidays and in September on the return to school

Regarding the new models, are we waiting to see soon, by example, at IFA 2018 in Berlin? [19659003] Yes, at IFA we will have our own booth where we will present the game of honor to the European market, which has already been released in China in mid-June and is moving very well up to now [19659003] The new device has an improved design and very good performance thanks to the new chipset included and as its name indicates is ideal for the players. It has a large 6.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1080X2340 pixels, Kirin 970 eight-core processor, the best we currently have and comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB expandable storage capacity with 256GB microSD and processor ARM Mali-G72 MP graphic. The handset features 16MP and 2MP double-sided artificial intelligence, 16MP front camera, fingerprint sensor, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3750mAh battery and Android 8.1 OS with EMUI 8.2. It is the first smartphone to adopt GPU Turbo technology to increase graphics processing performance up to 60%, which allows to distinguish a multitude of pure game elements such as blows, explosions and shaking.

Do you think there is room for smartphones on the Greek market

Still on the market there is room for mobile phones that cover different [19659003] Why are there long periods between the launch of new models on the Chinese market and in the European market

The fact that we are launching the models in Greece quite slow more than the China is due to our very recent activity in the Greek market. We officially started our operations in Greece only in March, we have already been delayed in previous models. Our objective for the moment is to gradually bring the entire Honor portfolio back to Greece so that we can harmonize in the future with other markets

Since you mentioned the start of business in Greece, you can tell us more about the structure of the company. How many people are currently doing your business and what are your plans for the future?

Until now, Honor's offices in Greece are my country director and Mr Dimitris Rizoglou as Marketing Director in charge of product promotion. The team should not be expanding this year. However, we do not just deal with these two people with the company, we have a whole team at our TCCM distributor of six people exclusively dedicated to the honor. Until now, we cohabit with Huawei, although different business units operate as a business in some areas. Our mission for this year was to create a team in Athens and a strong network of partners.

As you have referred to your network of partners, you think you have covered your distribution channels, you work with all the major players in the Greek market and do you intend to develop further in this domain?

At this moment we are satisfied with the progress made by TCCM on this track. We have already established a partnership and have placed our products in the stores of the main players of the Greek market except Vodafone and Public, but with them we are already in negotiations

What are your objectives for the year in course

Our main goal is to introduce the honor to the Greek market, to ensure that consumers learn what is the honor and then of improve our capabilities by building a complete base for our businesses in Greece. So, for starters, if we communicate with our company in our own way to consumers.

Can you define a little sense of the phrase "in our own way"

As a business, we do not follow traditional means of communication, we we focus on web promotion and interaction with our fanatical customers to become the ambbadadors of the benefits of honor for the general public, to spread the brand of word of mouth we say. This model is not only used in Greece, but in all the markets we operate and has so far proven its effectiveness even in the Chinese market. Our goal is to create a community of people who trust the brand, to increase our fans on our YouTube channel and Facebook. Perhaps later, we'll move on to other social media tools like Instagram.

Will you continue to focus exclusively on mobile or do you plan to expand your business to other technological products such as smart devices, etc.?

] For now our priority remains mobile and our goal is to bring to our stores all Honor models that circulate overseas. Later, we can expand our business to other products such as wearables, headphones, selfiestickers, and more. We have limited resources and for the beginning we need to focus on our most basic products. However, for the Honor community, we intend to present our entire range of technological products, including regional ones, even if they are not sold in Greece to workshops that we will organize in time

The Smart Mobile Arena In Greece, phones are definitely distinguished by intense competition. How about your strategic advantages over other players?

This is indeed a very competitive market and there are players who have already consolidated their position here. 80% In fact, mobile phones under 300 euros have a market share of more than 80%. To survive, you must therefore offer very good products with competitive characteristics at a good price. Especially in the category of 100-150 and 150-200 euros. With our mobiles we cover the triptych above. In addition, we do not intend to move away from the price clbad that we are moving now, our strategy provides that high-end models will be priced at Honor 10, while other devices will be between 150 and 200 euros.

So do not expect new devices in the category 200-400 euros

Not at IFA but definitely until the end

Do you think to design a product in a price category higher than Honor 10?

No, we do not think so far, Honor 10 is the flagship product

Is there any reason why there is also the Huawei parent company that is very strong or in these categories, accurately in each category without, however, have a product in the category 450-550 euros as Honor 10. Is there any internal competition between you or tent-t it partially harmonize the different categories of prices [19659003] We are not in competition with each other, that is to say that we try to avoid direct competition and when this is not possible, we seek to be in good health. In one way or another, we try to harmonize prices. Compared to Huawei P20 ite for example, Honor 10 has different characteristics and much better camera performance
