Huawei Mate 30 Pro will have two large 40MP sensors for its cameras – Huawei

[ad_1]

The base sensor of the camera will have a resolution of 40 megapixels (and a quad filter RYYB) as with the P30 Pro, but the sensor will be larger, 1 / 1.55 ". The second 40 megapixel sensor, meanwhile, will be located behind an ultra wide angle lens system. It is a 1 / 1.7 "sensor, whose size is similar to that of the P30 Pro sensor. As you can see in the picture below, the two sensors of the Mate 30 Pro are much larger than the basic sensor of the Samsung Galaxy S10 (and the next Galaxy Note10 series), for example.

In the image below, published by the user Twitter @UniverseIce, you can see a comparison between the sensors used by Huawei and Samsung in their flagship products.

The sensor used by the third Mate 30 Pro telephoto camera should remain at 8.0 megapixels and would be the same as the current P30 Pro. Huawei also patented the names "Cine Lens" and "Matrix Camera". Therefore, with regard to the current P30 Pro, the upcoming Mate 30 Pro offers additional features, especially in the field of video recording.
