The revolutions of roles, gender, institutions and moral standards, new social relations and cultural symbols established in modern times are featured in the award-winning films of the 59th Film Festival, which ended tonight.
The loneliness and … the sound of a modern family on the outskirts of Birmingham and on the sidelines of society, described in the film Ray and Liz, British visual artist Richard Billinson, were awarded the prize of best Golden Alexander – Theodoros Aggelopoulos which is accompanied by a cash prize of 8,000 euros.
– Special Jury Prize – Alexander received the film "All Good Film" from Eva Tromps of Germany.
