Testimus Matisse commented on the capture of three Ukrainian ships from Russia.
The US Secretary of State said that the arrest by Russia of three Ukrainian vessels is a violation of a treaty between the two countries and proves that Moscow is not trustworthy.
"When you think that there is a treaty between the two countries … it just shows that we can not count on Russia's ability to keep its word today." Matis told reporters, according to the REA-EIA.
