A memorial oath for Konstantinos Katsifas, who remains ungodly for a week, was given to the Vouliarates.
As shown in the photos posted on himara.gr, many people were found in the church for a ceremony in memory of Constantine Katsifa, who died as a result of a fire by Albanian police on October 28th.
Seven days after his death, the Albanian authorities have still not returned his body for it to be buried, citing the prosecutor's investigations into the serious crimes committed in Tirana.
