The UN Secretary General's personal envoy, Jane Hol Lut, did not make any statement – At 15:30, he left the presidential palace in Nicosia, sent staff of the Secretary-General of the UN, Jane Hall Lut.
The meeting lasted nearly three hours and Mrs. Lut made no statements. The meeting was accompanied by no other UN official, while negotiator Andreas Mavroyiannis was present at the Cypriot government, in addition to President Anastasiades.
