It is immediately planned to introduce a bill obliging to indicate each citizen's AMKA number on the certificates and certificates issued electronically by the citizens register, which is under the supervision of the Ministry of the Interior and receives data from Citizen Service Centers, municipalities, registrars, etc. according to the RES.
At the same time, the Ministry of Labor intends to use the information system "ATLAS" for the progressive digitization of pensions. As the Ministry of Labor says, with the ATLAS system, which brings together the insurance history and insurance coverage of all insured persons in the country, an insurance account Individual digital will be created, that is, a form of electronic "summary" of insurance. the digitization and computerization of the entire regulatory framework for the constitution and retirement of pensions, thus taking the first step towards digital modernization.
From June, pensions are digitized
The first results of this project will be visible next June, based on the Ministry of Labor's design. According to this calendar, 34.37% of new pensions will be digitally issued by 1 June 2020 and by 1 June 2021, the proportion of pensions issued in digital form will be about 90% .
