The program, with a budget of 112 million euros, concerns 10,000 beneficiaries, but 6,000 positions are announced in the first phase, followed by the remaining 4,000 positions.
The program aims to subsidize full-time jobs in RIS3 enterprises and productive activities in the country in line with the strategic development plan.
High-level unemployed graduates in high-tech industries aim to improve business production activity and its multiplier effect on growth and the creation of jobs in the economy. .
The beneficiaries of the program are unemployed persons registered in the OAED register under 39 years of age. Graduates from higher education institutions in the university and technology sectors and on their proposal from relevant employment promotion centers (CFP2) must:
– have a certificate of unemployment in force, on the date of their reference by the competent CFR2 and their recruitment
– have completed the form of personalized and standardized approach and agreed on an individual action plan
-It is up to 39 years, that is to say up to 40 years old, on the date on which it was designated by the relevant department.
Duration of the program
The duration of the program grant is set at fifteen months and, at the end of this period, the company is required to keep the job / placement for an additional three months.
Companies are subsidized for each person under the program from the date of their recruitment.
Amount of subsidy
The grant amount corresponds to 50% of the beneficiary's monthly salary and non-salary costs, with a maximum of:
-The amount of EUR 600 per month for holders of a higher education diploma (EUR 1 200),
the amount of EUR 700 per month for holders of postgraduate diplomas (EUR 1 400 in salaries are covered),
-The amount of eight hundred euros per month for doctoral graduates (salaries of 1,600 euros are covered).
It should be noted that the subsidy for the cost of Christmas and Easter gifts and the leave allowance for the month in which they are paid are calculated separately from the subsidy of the subsidized employee's monthly salary.
