It is inhumane to be held for 16 months without charge, without trial, without information, without rights. It is inhuman to travel again and again, surprisingly and energetically, between Athens and Thessaloniki to block my communication with my lawyer and the preparation of my defense against my third request for extradition.
It is inhuman to judge this time in court that the majority of them have already pbaded my decision to present a relevant case and have not abstained or abstained.
It is cruel to be attacked by the President of the Court, Mrs. Angeliki Aliferopoulou, in the public, in censorship because I exercise my rights as a right of appeal.
It is inhuman to ask me, "Why did I appeal?" And "If I want to make a decision?"
It's inhuman to tell me that "your case is 5-10 minutes" even before he's heard me
It is inhuman to question my right to defend myself by a lawyer and to attack my lawyer only in my defense.
It is cruel to prevent my principal witness from making an irony and interrupting his testimony of the President of the Court.
It is inhuman to try a language that I do not understand and without the translation of the basic documents of the file.
It is inhumane to refuse the Court to hear while I ask
