One in three phones is in trouble

Blancco, a company specializing in data erasure and mobile diagnosis, is the most vulnerable to damage, has published a study of failure rates with the categorization of devices, software and specific models by the end of 2017.

Research is also focusing on Apple phones with the iPhone 6 being the one with the highest failure rate, but with a smaller percentage of Samsung. The share of Samsung has reached 34%, one in three of the phones of the company in difficulty. This may seem rather ugly, but it's a percentage reduction compared to the second and third quarters of 2017, which were 61% and 53% respectively.

Regarding the most common Android models, Samsung has five models in its tenth place, with Xiaomi Redmi 4 being the first to list 9%.

As for problems with devices, the most common are Bluetooth for iOS devices and WiFi (3% each), while on Android phones the picture is clearer since performance is the the usual problem with 27%.
