Blancco, a company specializing in data erasure and mobile diagnostics, has released a study of failure rates with device breakdowns, software and specific models up to and including finally 2017.
Research also focuses on Apple phones with the iPhone 6 being the one with the highest failure rate, but with a smaller percentage of Samsung. The share of Samsung has reached 34%, one in three of the phones of the company in difficulty. This may seem rather ugly, but it's a percentage reduction compared to the second and third quarters of 2017, which were 61% and 53% respectively.
Regarding Android models with the most common problems, Samsung has five models in the tenth, with Xiaomi Redmi 4 being the first to list, with 9%.
In terms of device issues, the most common are Bluetooth for iOS devices and WiFi (3% each), while Android phones are clearer because performance is the most common problem with 27%.
