"Hot money" for the "facelift" of Scorpios, the legendary island owned by Aristotle Onbadis, launches the Russian crown Dmitry Ribolovlev.
The goal is to convert the island from "family farm" into "Exclusive Luxury Club – Cottage"The investment project of 165 million euros has already begun with the planting of trees and other ornamental trees. What will be included in the new Scorpion image
Elegant buildings, stadiums, 5-star hotels, amphitheater: these are some of the new services offered to VIP guests who will provide the island after redevelopment.
The projects of RibloLoven and the group undertaking this project include the creation of 12 new luxury residences, a 5-star hotel, a new amphitheater, a heliport, an exhibition park, a farm, a swimming pool, an artificial lake, a seawater desalination plant, waste and large road network.
You will also find a fitness center, recreational areas with a bowling alley, 5×5 football pitches, an international tennis court and a physical area for the stables and horse riding arena.
In addition, both ports will be expanded to facilitate the docking of luxury boats.
The redevelopment projects of the legendary Scorpion, worth 165 million euros, have been launched since October 2018 and works already on the island that belonged to the Onbadis family have begun.
Of the total budget, 76.6 million are for buildings, 16.5 million for sports, 11.9% for roads and heliports, 10.3 million for spaces and coastlines.
The rest is intended for other restoration work.
