The social dividend platform should become operational

Next Tuesday, December 4, announced Alexis Tsipras in the House.

Alexis Tsipras estimated the measure at about 1.3-1.4 million households, or about 3.5 million beneficiaries.

Income criteria for receiving a social dividend

EUR 9 000 for households made up of one member
EUR 13,500 for two adult member households
EUR 15 750 for households with two adult members and two minor children or three adult members
18,000 euros for households with two adult members and two minor children or three adult children
EUR 20 250 for households with two adult children and three minor children or three adult members and one minor child
22,550 for households with two adult members and four minor children or four adult members
27,000 for households of five or more adult members or two adult members with six or more minor children
A key criterion for the integration of the household as well as the amount of the dividend involved will be the taxable income of all members this year, as evidenced by the 2017 tax returns.

How will the social dividend be awarded?

The 2018 social dividend is expected to be distributed via online applications submitted to the special website www.koinonikomerisma.gr with taxisnet codes, which should be activated in the coming period.

Real estate in Greece or abroad should have a total taxable value of up to € 120,000 for households of a member.

The threshold of € 120,000 is increased by € 15,000 for each additional member up to € 180,000.

Who are excluded

Social households will be excluded from the social dividend declared by members in their last declarations:
IX cars over 1,928 cubic meters
pleasure boats
tuition fees in private schools
staff remuneration expenditure.
