The subsidy of salary and non-wage costs up to 50% and up to 800 euros per month provides for an OAED program for the recruitment of 6,000 unemployed persons under 39 graduates of higher education. OAED's e-mail address for submission of applications has already been opened and concerns employers wishing to employ higher education graduates as part of research and innovation strategies for intelligent specialization (RIS3) and productive activity.

The program includes:

A. Enterprises having a main activity in the following fields:

at. Manufacturing – industry.

b. Information and communication technologies (telecommunications, IT, consulting and related activities and information service activities).

c. Materials – constructions and structures

d) Supply chain (transport and storage).

B. Businesses, whatever their field of activity, will create new jobs specialized in information technologies. Eligible IT companies and specialties are described in detail in the public call. A prerequisite for the inclusion of an enterprise in the program is that it has not reduced its staff in the quarter preceding the filing date of the application. The beneficiaries of the program are unemployed persons registered in the register of OAED, aged under 39, graduates of higher education institutions of the university and technological sectors. Unemployed persons must have a valid unemployment certificate, have completed the standardized personalized approach form and have agreed on an individual plan of action to be Greek or to be citizens of another Member State. the EU. or be an expatriate or third country citizen with a right of residence for as long as the program lasts, up to 40 years. The duration of the grant is 15 months. After the expiry of the above period, the company is required to maintain the jobs for an additional three months without subsidy.

The grant amount corresponds to 50% of the beneficiary's monthly salary and non-salary costs, with a maximum of:

at. 600 EUR per month for holders of a diploma of higher education.

b. EUR 700 per month for holders of postgraduate degrees.

c. EUR 800 per month for PhD holders.
