The European Parliament asks the question of the death conditions of Constantine Katsifa

The in-depth investigation into the conditions of Constantine Katsifa's death by the Albanian authorities calls on MKs Nikos Androulakis and Knut Fleckenstein, rapporteur of the course on Albania's membership.
