Vasileios Psaltis, new CEO of Alpha Bank

Following the announcement of his intention to proceed to the succession of the general manager of the bank, Mr. Dimitrios P. Mantzounis, at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders of 29.6.2018, the board of directors The administration opened the corresponding procedure, which was completed at the meeting of the Board of Directors on 29.11.2018, with the unanimous appointment of Mr Vbadilios E. Vasileios Psaltis is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Alpha Bank Group. Prior to Alpha Bank, he held the positions of Deputy Finance Manager (Emporiki Bank) and ABN AMRO Investment Banking Unit in London.

Over the last ten years, he has contributed significantly to the capital raising and expansion of Alpha Bank's shareholding with the participation of foreign institutional investors and the realization of major acquisitions and mergers in the context of the restructuring of the Greek banking system
