Groudon goes back on the Pokémon Go raids, adds Shiny Diglett

To celebrate Earth Day, Niantic offered Pokemon Go rewards if enough players came out to help clean the planet and tweeted their efforts using a hashtag.

the Pokemon Go and Entrance both communities have achieved all goals, which means there will be a land-based event for a limited time. This means that land-type appearances will be increased, Shiny Diglett has been added to the game and Groudon will return to the raids. Plus, players will double the dust of stars and catch candy when they catch Earth-type Pokémon.

This event is a great way to stock up on ground candy that you might need. For example: Trapinch to get a Flygon, Rhyhorn to get a Rhyperior or Swinub for a Mamoswine. Rhyperior and Mamoswine are good attackers and you will need a lot of sweets to make them evolve.

This event will continue until May 2nd. So be sure to accumulate all the types of land you need before that date.
