It seems that GTA Online's Vinewood casino can finally be inaugurated.
Earlier in the day, next to its usual weekly update, Grand Theft Auto Online made a small but important change to Los Santos. Like many eagle-eyed players noticed, the big "opening soon!" The banner hanging on the casino doors, east of the city, has disappeared and small pieces of construction equipment are now placed in front of its doors. And it is likely that we will see the fruits of this construction in the near future.

Notable GTAO and Red Dead Online Data Miner TezFunz2 claims in a series of tweets that players "will see the area near the casino evolve in the game", which is logical, especially since the casino now seems have an interior now.
It is likely that Rockstar suggests that we will soon see an update on the casino theme, similar to the After Hours or Arena War updates, on GTA Online. We do not know if it will simply add mini-game games or something more elaborate, perhaps a continuation of the update of Heists.
