The group says Canarchy Craft Brewing Collective's Oskar Blues Brewery has begun selling craft beer as early as 2018 without the group's approval, according to court documents obtained in California by CNN.

That's because people might think that the beer brand is somehow affiliated with the N Roses guns, the group says.
"Since the filing of this complaint, the respondent's GUNS N ROSE beer continues to be sold at retailers such as BevMo, and the defendant's GUNS N ROSE counterfeit goods continue to be sold on the defendant's website," reads in the complaint. "The defendant should not have the right to continue to sell counterfeit goods and to intentionally trade in the will, prestige and fame of the GNR without its authorization, license or consent."

A tweet from the brewery's official November 2018 report describes the beer as "a sticky prickly pear and a floral hibiscus with a subtle hops profile".
