Halo Infinite could be released in the spring of 2021, if what motion capture actor Master Chief recently revealed is true.

As development is probably not that far from complete, with the game slated for release in November, it is not so unlikely that Halo Infinite will actually be released in Spring 2021. As that release window has yet to be released. officially confirmed, however, we have to take it with a grain of salt until Microsoft and 343 Industries finally confirm the release of the next Halo series entry.
Halo Infinite was supposed to be part of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S launch titles, but the game was delayed because it needed more development time.
The decision to change our version is the result of multiple factors that have contributed to development challenges, including the continuing impacts of COVID that are affecting us all this year. I want to recognize the hard work of our team at 343 Industries, who have remained committed to creating a great game and finding solutions to development challenges. However, shipping it on this holiday is not sustainable for the well-being of our team or for the overall success of the game.
We know this will be disappointing for many of you and we all share that sentiment. The passion and support the community has shown over the years has been incredible and inspiring. We wanted nothing more than to play our game with the community on this holiday. The extra time will allow us to complete the critical work needed to deliver the most ambitious Halo game ever to the quality our fans have come to expect.
