Hanelle Culpepper will lead the CBS All Access "Picard" pilot project "Star Trek"

CBS All Access coming soon Star Trek derived series on Star Trek: the new generationCaptain Jean Luc Picard just named their pilot, and it's a bit serious.

Hanelle Culpepper will be the first director on a hiking pilot, and no, she is no stranger to the franchise. Culpepper has made an episode of Season 1 of the CBS All Access series Star Trek: Discovery, and has a second episode in season 2. She will also lead episode 2 of the Picard series, still untitled.

She has several very beautiful television series to her credit: The flash and Super Girl at CW, FOX's Gotham, FX Mayans ™and STARZ series Counterpart.

Yes, the show will feature Sir Patrick Stewart let's go back to Jean-Luc's role, and he's already talking about the number of possible seasons. In a recent interview with Red Carpet New TV, Stewart revealed a bit of the different version of Lean Juc, and a possible three-year timeline of the next series:

"What will be different in this version of Star Trek is that we simply moved the story 20 years ago since I last wore Jean-Luc's uniform, and so aged. When the series is published, you will see that things are very different from what they were.

It goes without saying, Star Trek: the new generation Fans are very excited to bring Picard back on the air. Three seasons? Yes, please!
