Harry Giles III has reportedly accepted a one-year contract with the Portland Trail Blazers, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported. The Trail Blazers initially drafted and traded Giles to the Sacramento Kings in 2017 where he played for two years before the Kings turned down his option in 2019.

Giles missed his rookie season with the Kings due to problems with his knee. At Portland, he should add depth to the greats’ rotation after a season in which the Blazers struggled to have a consistent frontcourt with injuries to both Jusuf Nurkic and Zach Collins.
