WHERE DO PRINCE HARRY AND MEGHAN MARKLE LIVE?

Prince Harry and Meghan live in an £ 11million mansion in Monticito, Santa Barbara, California.

The region is home to stars such as Oprah Winfrey and Ellen Degeneres.

It is the first permanent home in North America for the couple, who, since leaving royal duties in January, have rented homes in California and Canada.

It is also the first house the couple own as private citizens.

After Harry and Meghan’s wedding, the couple moved to Frogmore Cottage on the private Windsor Estate.

It sits on 33 acres of private gardens in the Hospitality Park, adjacent to Windsor Castle in Berkshire.

It was there, in the adjoining grounds of Windsor Castle, that the couple got married on May 19, 2018, at St George’s Chapel, followed by their reception in the grounds of Frogmore House.

The ensuing renovation cost taxpayers £ 2.4million, which the couple have now repaid.

Their old residence boasted of a designer kitchen and a refurbished bathroom.

The main renovation took about six months.
