The Bengals and their new coaching staff seemed to be off to a good start on Monday as reports said they had agreed to bring back two offensive starters as their coaches were free.
Right tackle Bobby Hart and tight-back C.J. Uzomah are expected to sign their contract on Tuesday, the day before the first day of the new league year, when free agents will be allowed to sign with other teams.
