The duo saw the benefits of keeping Tommy and Holly, but could not determine which was the best for both games. In his campaign against Nicole and Cliff, Tommy suggested they launch the HOH to target Jackson.
Subsequently, Cliff played a backgammon game with Jackson and admitted that he and Nicole were on the fence. The server then relayed this information to Holly, who was shocked by the fact that they were all moved four times.
Furious that the two are even considering turning their back on their alliance, Jackson began to think of ways to "play the underworld."

Late in the night, Jackson saw Tommy enter the dune-free room to talk to Cliff and Nicole. The waiter headed for the door and listened carefully as the Broadway dancer began to unveil her plan.
He heard Tommy say he would throw the HOH and target Jackson because he did not think one of them would have a chance against the server. Jackson then told Cliff and Nicole that Tommy had told him that he would promise them these things, but that he would really work with Jackson.
Then they would kick Cliff out and bring Nicole to the third final because he knew they could beat the preschool aide. Of course, none of this is true, but Nicole immediately became angry and went crying to the bathroom, feeling as if she looked silly.
They went to bed and confronted Tommy the next morning, the day of the eviction, about Jackson's lie. The Broadway dancer had promised it was not true, and Nicole and Cliff seemed to believe it until an unprecedented meeting of the house changed their minds.
During the meeting, which CBS did not show in live broadcasts, Jackson and Tommy clashed while the waiter accused him of saying something he had never said.
'Big Brother 21', did Tommy or Holly join the jury?
Until minutes before the live eviction, Cliff and Nicole were held in the boat room to decide who they were to expel. Tommy gave an epic speech thanking everyone and said aspiring Big Brother The house guests they could have at home too.
However, Cliff and Nicole believed that Jackson's lies and his award-winning performance at the House meeting, due to be broadcast Sunday night, had been unanimously voted for the ouster of Tommy. Who will win the next HOH?
