Fans of Transformers, My Little Pony, and Dungeons & Dragons will have more ways to experience their favorite toys and games.

On Thursday, Hasbro shared its plans for dozens of movies and TV shows based on its iconic intellectual properties on its Investor Day.

The Rhode Island-based toy maker has long been a part of the entertainment industry with movie franchises such as Transformers and animated TV shows based on My Little Pony. However, after its $ 3.8 billion acquisition of Entertainment One at the end of 2019, Hasbro was able to triple its number of entertainment projects.

“Between 2022 and 2023, you should see two to three movies from us each year and three to four shows streaming,” Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner said in an interview. “And then we’ll increase that as we add new intellectual property while we also do subsequent seasons of shows that we [created]. “

These upcoming projects range from theatrical releases to unscripted competitive shows.

Hasbro has already announced a number of projects like “GI Joe: Snake Eyes,” which is due in theaters in October; a Dungeons & Dragons feature film starring Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez and Rege-Jean Page, and an animated television series based on Clue.

Additionally, the toy maker has revealed plans for unscripted projects based on Monopoly, Mouse Trap, Easy Bake, Operation, Nerf, and Play-Doh.

Here’s a look at what comes from Hasbro and eOne:

“Snake-eyes” – Arriving October 22, “Snake Eyes” stars Henry Golding in the title role. The film explores the origin story of iconic GI character Joe, who is often dressed in black with a mask covering his face and is one of the organization’s most skilled operatives.

Power rangers – Jonathan Entwistle, who produced the Netflix series “I Am Not Okay with This” and “The End of the F ****** World”, will direct a new Power Rangers movie for Hasbro.

Dungeons and dragons – Jeremy Latcham, a producer with six Marvel films under his belt, is one of the brains behind the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons movie which is being created in partnership with Paramount Pictures. The film will star Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Judge Smith and Rege-Jean Page and will be written by John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, who wrote “Spider-Man: Homecoming”.

Magic the Gathering – Hasbro has announced that it will be working on a feature film based on its Magic the Gathering property with Fox.

Transformers – In addition to a live-action feature film that hits theaters next year as part of its partnership with Paramount, Hasbro is also working on a new full-length animated feature for the toy property.

My little pony movie – A new CG animated film My Little Pony will arrive on Netflix in the fall.

Risk – A scripted TV show by Beau Willimon (“House of Cards”) will be inspired by Risk, a board game where players aim for world conquest through war, strategy and diplomacy.

Index – There are few details on Hasbro’s plan for this animated series based on the popular board game, but Hasbro’s Goldner promises the Fox show will be exciting and capture what has made Clue so popular over the years. Expect more adult themes with this animated series.

Transformers – In addition to the movies, Hasbro is set to release two new Transformers shows. One is called “Bot Bots,” which is a 20-episode animated comedy series slated to debut on Netflix. The other is an animated series produced in partnership with Nickelodeon. This series will consist of 26 half-hour episodes.

My little Pony – After a My Little Pony movie debuts on Netflix, Hasbro will launch a TV series featuring Sunny Starscout and her friends.

Power rangers – Hasbro is currently filming a new series called “Dino Fury”.

GI Joe – The company plans to offer a GI Joe series live on Amazon. The series will center on Secret Agent Lady Jaye and connect with the larger universe of GI Joe.

Magic the Gathering –An animated show will be heading to Netflix, the company announced Thursday.

Dungeons and dragons– Hasbro is developing TV series based on the iconic tabletop game that will debut after the feature film.

“Kiya” – Hasbro has revealed a new eOne series called “Kiya”, which centers around a superhero who saves the day with martial arts and dance. The series, which originated in South Africa, is aimed at children ages 3 to 6 and will debut on Disney Jr. and Disney + in 2023. The series will consist of 52 episodes, each lasting approximately 11 minutes.

Hasbro previously released a baking show based on its Candy Land board game with Food Network, but it doesn’t end there. The company is looking to do more unscripted shows and contests with other properties in the future.

Hasbro looks to Monopoly, Mouse Trap, Easy Bake, Operation, Nerf, and Play-Doh for these projects.

Goldner teased that Nerf and Mouse Trap will feature great obstacle course elements like those seen on shows such as “Wipeout” and athletic feats.
