Death Row Records is said to have been acquired by the toy company Hasbro, the same entity responsible for several classic toys such as Mr Potato Head, My Little Pony and G.I. Joe
According to Rolling Stone, Hasbro announced Thursday August 22 that it has acquired Entertainment One, a multimedia company that owns the Peppa Pig and PJ Masks children's franchises.
eOne also has a music division, which happens to be one of the biggest independent labels in the industry. In the first quarter of this year, the company earned $ 30 million in revenue.
